1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using CloudSync Pro ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
CloudSync Pro is a desktop application that provides a unified interface for managing files across multiple cloud storage providers (Google Drive, Google Photos, OneDrive, Dropbox). The App includes features for file browsing, deduplication, and cross-cloud file transfers.
3. User Accounts & Authentication
- The App uses OAuth 2.0 to authenticate with cloud providers. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your cloud accounts.
- You must have valid accounts with the cloud providers you wish to connect.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur through your connected accounts.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App to violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Use the App to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App beyond what is permitted by applicable law.
- Use the App to transmit malware or other harmful content between cloud accounts.
- Attempt to circumvent any rate limits or restrictions imposed by cloud providers.
5. Intellectual Property
CloudSync Pro is open-source software. The source code is available under the terms specified in the project's license file on GitHub. Your use of the App is subject to that license.

Your use of CloudSync Pro is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described therein.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPERS OF CLOUDSYNC PRO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP.
You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your cloud data. The App's deduplication and transfer features modify or delete files at your direction — ensure you have reviewed all actions before confirming.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developers of CloudSync Pro from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it and revoking OAuth access through your cloud provider account settings. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
